Splined Steering Coupler
Racemod can supply these splined couplers,
greatly simplifying fitting Apex style uni joints to factory
rack splines. One end of the coupler is splined 9/16-36 to
suit early Commodore, Cortina, Volvo, Jack Knight, Capri and
Escort racks to name a few. There are 2 grub screws to secure
the coupler to the rack pinion. The other end of the coupler
is precision bored to accept 3/4 diameter tube/bar
stock. |

Flaming River ¾”-36 x ¾” DD Universals

universals. One end is splined 3/4-36 to suit many HQ Holden
steering boxes among others, the other end is machined to
accept the 3/4DD profile. Both ends are secured by grub screws
and require no welding for installation. The joints are nicked

Dump Pipe Flange – Single Port
Laser cut and CNC machined from High Grade Carbon Steel. This dump pipe flange has been extensively designed and prototyped to best suit forced induction/turbocharger applications.The flange has been designed in such a way to assist in easy fabrication of the dump pipe. Furthermore, we have machined a lip on the inside of the port, so that the exhaust tubing sits into the recess making it much easier for tubing to be welded into position, rather than having to be held in place manually.
These are some of the added features we have incorporated into the design. Also, the edges have been chamfered to prevent any injuries from sharp and rough surfaces.

Both HKS and Garrett versions of turbochargers that have the T25/T28 base flange.

Gt30_35 dump flange
Manufactured from High Grade Carbon Steel, this flange is Laser Cut, followed by CNC machining to refine the sharp edges and contours, as well as adding the necessary holes, and a machined lip on the port, making it much neater, and easier for tubing to be welded in place. The flanges are then coated with a thin silver coating to prevent any surface rust from forming. It is necessary to grind back the coating in areas where welding is to be performed. This turbo inlet flange can be used on the entire Garrett and HKS range of turbochargers that have a GT30/35 bolt pattern including the current range of GT turbos aswell.

Gt30_35 to vband dump flange
Laser cut and CNC machined from High Grade Carbon Steel. This dump pipe flange has been extensively designed and prototyped to make an easy transition from the GT30 style setup to a v-band style exhaust flange setup, simplifying exhaust changes and improving the appearance.

Tial 38mm Wastegate
The TiAL 38mm wastegate is one of the most compact and well know wastegate available in the market place to date.
Features:
- 347 Stainless Steel Alloy is used for valve and valve housing.
- High temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm.
- 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resists \"relaxing\" at temperature to 900F (483C).
- Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is used for the valve seat, and valve bushing the same material used in the higher level gates for reliability and longevity.
- CNC Machined 304L 12mm thick weld flanges.

Valve Stem Options The TiAL F38 is the only wastegate with the option to choose the valve stem\'s protective coating. To keep the overall cost of the unit down, the choice of coating was left to the customer.
Lead Oxide which is present only when burning leaded fuels is corrosive to the Black coating on the Street valve\'s stem. Extended use of leaded fuel will cause performance problems and unreliable valve actuation.
The Silver coating on the Race valve stem is resistant to the corrosive effects of Lead Oxide. Similarly works well with unleaded fuel. The Racing valve is available for an additional charge. TiAL street Valve Stem ( Black ) - For Use with UNLEADED Fuels ONLY

Tial 50mm Bypass Valve
For use on turbo-charged and super-charged applications (Paxton, Vortec, etc.). The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve; we believe this is the largest valve available with the highest flow capacity.
The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp is anodized and uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
The Blow Off Valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with over sized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator has a high temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life.
An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is furnished with each unit. Stainless Steel is available at an additional cost. The use of 6061 aluminum allows the housing to be anodized with a selection of colors where most cast aluminum alloys can not be anodized. This allows the individual to match, or coordinate, the engine compartment color scheme. The clamp, valve, and housing will be offered in Silver, Black, Red, Blue, and Purple to allow you to mix or match the clamp, body, and valve assembly to create a look unique to your application. You may also purchase a plain or unassembled unit to anodize or color-coat as you like.

Tial 38mm to 44mm Wastegate Adaptor

Made from High Grade Steel. This adaptor has been cleverly designed and manufactured to take the pain away from having to modify your turbo manifold.
Most aftermarket manifolds are made from Stainless Steel and come with the standard 38mm Wastegate port. Sometimes using the 38mm Wastegate is not adequate enough to control boost accurately, so we have come up with the answer to solve this problem.
Rather than cut the 38mm end off and weld a 44mm V-Band end in place, you can use this adaptor instead. It simply bolts onto the 38mm end and converts it to the 44mm V-Band, allowing you to easily and quickly upgrade your wastegate, without having to cut and re weld expensive stainless steel.

Oil Feed Line Fitting
Oil Feed Line fitting designed to screw into the CHRA assembly of the Garrett GT Turbochargers.
These can be used on Garrett GT28R Turbochargers right through to the GT3540R.
They have a 7/16" x 24 SAE screw in thread and an -3AN top thread, so that you can adapt a steel fitting accompanied by -3AN braided line to it.
